STRUKA RIVERSIDE VILLA
Struka rental villa is one of Kotteria`s three rental
cottages in Kymenlaakso. The cottage is situated by
the river at Pyhtää, between Loviisa and Kotka, about
100 km from Helsinki to east. To a store and to a
restaurant (ABC station) about 1 km. The the
nearest city Kotka about 25 km.
The river by the villa is very beautiful, almost Tropical
Green route from Pyhtää centre to the sea. By the
river you can access the sea by boat and enjoy the
stunning views along the lush river.
SUITABLE FOR SMALL GROUPS AND FAMILIES
The riverside villa accommodates up to 12 persons.
The cottage is made of log-wood and it is has partly
two-stories. The 130 m2 villa is suitable for holiday
location, but also for meetings and small festivals.
The rental riverside villa has a large lounge, kitchen,
dining room, four bedrooms, sauna, shower, a
dressing room and a toilet. A large loft with sleeping
facilities and a pool table. Two verandas opening
onto the river. The living area has a direct view of the
river.

THE VILLA ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT
In the villa living room there are seats for 10, a fireplace,
color TV and a DVD. The kitchen has a stove, dishwashing
machine and a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave,
coffee maker and electric kettle. Set of dishes and cutlery
for 15 people. Washing up liquid included.
There are beds for 13 people on the villa. In addition there
are some mattresses on the loft. Blankets and pillows for 15
people. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels.

On the loft there is a pool table. There is also some storage
shelfs with some extra blankets.
Sauna is wood-heated. The firewood can be found by the
storage wall. ABC-service station sells more firewood.
YARD
There is a beautiful green garden around the villa. The
cottage is facing south and there is a sunny terrace and
corridors to the beach with a pier. The pier has swim ladder.
River is quite small it offers opportunities to rowing and
swimming.
In the yard there is a small barbecue-hut, garden furniture,
and a gas grill.
In the villa living room there are seats for 10, a fireplace,
color TV and a DVD. The kitchen has a stove, dishwashing
machine and a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave,
coffee maker and electric kettle. Set of dishes and cutlery
for 15 people. Washing up liquid included.

- 2 twin bedrooms with 2 x 80 cm separate beds
- 1 twin bedroom with 2 x 90 (together 180) cm beds
- 1 room above sauna that has 1 x 80 cm bed and 1 x
120 cm bed - On the loft there are 4 x 80 cm beds and 1 x 120 cm
bed
On the loft there is a pool table. There is also some storage
shelfs with some extra blankets.
Sauna is wood-heated. The firewood can be found by the
storage wall. ABC-service station sells more firewood.
YARD

BOATS
The Struka villa is located by the river. The river offers
opportunities for boating and fishing. A rowing boat is
included in the rent. It is also possible to rent a motor boat.

You can also swim in the river. There is a pier with
swimming-ladder and a sand beach on the left side of the
pier.
The Struka villa is located by the river. The river offers
